This Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy is designed to provide you with clear guidelines and peace of mind, should you need to return or exchange an item.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your receipt, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged piece of jewelry, we offer special consideration. Please contact our customer service team immediately upon discovery, preferably within 48 hours. Provide detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the nature of the problem and your preference. Shipping costs associated with the return of defective items will be borne by us. Our quality control processes are stringent, but we understand that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to rectifying them promptly.

Special Considerations

Custom-Made Jewelry: Items that are custom-designed and crafted to your specifications are generally non-returnable, as they are made uniquely for you. However, if there is a significant quality issue that was not disclosed to you prior to purchase, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a repair or remake at our expense.

Gift Purchases: If you received the jewelry as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, we can accommodate you. Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase if possible. If not, we will do our best to assist you based on other available information. The refund will typically be issued in the form of store credit, unless the original purchaser opted for a different refund method at the time of sale.

Exchanges

Once you select the new piece, we will ship it to you promptly, free of charge for standard shipping within our domestic market. International customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs or customs duties associated with the exchange.
